Tina Brigley
Tina Brigley is a Transformational Health Coach that is passionate about facilitating personal health transformations in her clients. She believes that being healthy starts from the inside out. Her journey of personal discovery has unlocked doors that she never dreamed possible and her personal awareness has helped her to create a life she loves to live!
Tina whole heartedly believes that if you can dream it, you can achieve it and she takes her clients from a place of wishing to wanting and achieving their hearts desire with a proven system, support and loving accountability in a group, one on one and retreat settings.
Tina has been featured in the Drive magazine, has been a key note speaker for women’s retreats and a TedX Windsor speaker. Her talk hits home with the idea that our stories create our biology and when we uncover our stories we can tap into our authentic selves.
Tina has recently teamed up with USANA health sciences to give her clients the ultimate health experience at the cellular level and she is also teamed up with We-TV to produce her own show “In and out of your mind with Tina Brigley”.
Tina has her Hons. B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Education and has attained her Health and Life Coaching Certification through the Health Coach Institute.
