JoAnne is the owner/director of “The On-Purpose® Lady”.

JoAnne Muegge is a certified Facilitator and Coach of the programme called On-Purpose® Personal
Leadership which guides persons through the chaos of daily living with a process to clearly
define one's personal Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values in an organized structure. This
process helps one set clear piorities and then schedule those into their daily living to achieve a
life of personal power and improved productivity. This has been the basis for much of the
contentment, satisfaction and success that she was able to achieve in the last 17 years of a 35
years career in real estate sales with ReMax and in jointly operating a clothing franchise called
The Kettle Creek Canvas Co.

This programme is presented as a private one-on-one guided study in the privacy of JoAnne's
tranquil office, as an 6 week group study or weekend women's retreat experience . These can be
presented at your place of business or in another setting for a mixed audience of women and
men. Her goal is to share this powerful life altering process with 500 people. She has a special
desire to help busy business women with families who strive to juggle the daily demands of life
to find clarity of purpose, focused productivity and peace!

Legacy Journal co-authored with her husband Richard in 2018 and is working on a third book.
She is an active member of Women Making a Difference and a proud member of LINK.
JoAnne arrived at this point in life with the organization skill sets acquired as an elementary
school teacher, a franchise business co-owner/operator with her husband Richard, and 28 years
as a successful Realtor in Windsor/Essex area. Recently retired in 2016 to dedicate herself to
re-aligning herself with her life passion of serving others by Connecting Joy.....On Purpose......of Course!!
