My services include:
- computerized set up of books using Sage 50 software (formerly Simply Accounting)
- Up to date bookkeeping, reducing penalties and interest on overdue accounts
- Maintenance of accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparation of payroll and reconciliation of bank and credit cards
- Set up and maintenance of payroll source deductions, HST and WSIB accounts
- Maintenance and preparation of payments, remittances and refunds for these accounts
- Guidance and preparation of all payroll related issues such as public holiday pay, overtime, tax changes, layoffs and records of employment
- Preparation of T4s at yearend
- Presentation of financial records for accountant at yearend
- Sage software training and ongoing support including expert trouble shooting and free Sage technical support for software issues
