Meet Cathie Penner
Cathie Penner, Sales Representative, RE/MAX Preferred Realty Ltd.
With 16 years as a real estate professional, Cathie and her team have helped over 600 families in Windsor-Essex County purchase and sell their homes. They work with Buyers and Sellers alike, striving to achieve an experience for their clients that will result in the fulfillment of their dreams and expectations. They are committed to doing whatever it takes to accomplish these goals.
Cathie leads her team partners Garry Penner, buyer agent, and Beth Ann Meloche, office manager. They are well known for great customer service through consistent communication and attention to detail. This ensures a positive experience for all parties involved – buyers, sellers and co-operating agents. Their approach to any transaction is that the client comes first. They know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.
Cathie knows that each member of her team is vital to the success of their business – each contributing his/her own gifts. She feels that the rewards of their hard work are manifested in the trust that their clients have in them and the lasting friendships that have developed through working with their Buyers and Sellers.
Cathie and Garry have 4 grown children and 4 beautiful little granddaughters. Cathie’s mom is age 90 and is cared for in a nursing home. Spending time with family is a priority to the Penners. The relationships of family, friends, co-workers, clients and business partners are very important to them and they feel very blessed to have a busy family life, enjoy the work they do and to meet the people they cross paths with, every day.
